This monthly meditation class is a gently guided experience designed to help you release tension, ground your energy, and reconnect with your inner awareness. Rooted in breathwork, meditation, and vocal toning, each session invites you to soften the mind and awaken the body’s natural rhythms.
Subtle Hekatean themes may weave through the space—touching on liminality, intuition, and the symbolism of the crossroads—but the focus remains on your personal inner journey and direct experience.
Through conscious breathing and the use of your own voice, you’ll be guided into a state of deeper presence, where clarity, calm, and energetic balance can emerge.
