Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Hekate’s Torch Ritual Supplies is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
