Join Lori Camacho at Hekates Torch for this eight-week introductory astrology class, created for those who want to learn how to read a birth chart while also discovering how astrology can deepen their spiritual and magickal practice.

Together, we will explore the planets, zodiac signs, houses, elements, modalities, and major aspects of astrology. You will learn how these pieces work together within a birth chart and begin practicing with your own chart throughout the course.

We will also move beyond traditional beginning astrology by exploring lunar phases, planetary influences, transits, planetary days and hours, and the art of choosing supportive timing for magick. You will learn how to identify favorable energies for love, prosperity, healing, protection, road opening, releasing, divination, and spiritual development—as well as when it may be wise to wait or adjust your approach.

Short rituals and experiential practices will be woven throughout the course, allowing you to connect with astrology as a living spiritual practice rather than something you simply memorize.

By the end of the eight weeks, you will have a strong foundation for understanding a birth chart, following the movements of the sky, and working more intentionally with astrological energy in your rituals and everyday life.
