Cancellations/Refunds on Orders
We accept cancellations and refunds only within 24 hours of purchase. Please send us an email with your order number included to support@hekatestorchritualsupplies.com, and we’ll assist you.

If you want to remove or swap something from your order, we accept cancellations and refunds only within 24 hours of purchase. Please send us an email with your order number included to support@hekatestorchritualsupplies.com, and we’ll help you.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any problems with your order, please email us within 72 hours of receipt of shipment of your Hekate's Torch Ritual Supplies order at support@hekatestorchritualsupplies.com and include your order number. We will do our best to assist you.
Reshipping Packages
If a package is sent back to us, we will contact you to cover the cost of reshipping the package. If you choose not to cover the reshipping cost, you will forfeit the package and shipping fees, as returned packages are not an error on our part.
Refund Conditions
In the rare case that we agree to a refund for any reason, we must physically receive the package with all items included and undamaged before processing the refund. Once we receive the package, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
